You may print or download individual project cost estimates for personal or commercial bidding reference, but you may not scrape or republish our code or articles without written permission.
2. Accuracy of Estimates
Construction material prices, municipal permit fees, and contractor labor rates fluctuate by region and site condition. All calculator outputs are preliminary planning estimates and do not constitute a binding contractor bid or structural engineering specification.
